Training
AWS cloud, data on AWS, AI on AWS, AI developer lifecycle. Hands-on, on your backlog.
Most training is forgotten within weeks because it is too generic: slides, toy examples, and labs that look nothing like the team's real work. Teams come back to the same questions they had before:
- -The examples have nothing to do with your data, your stack or your constraints.
- -People learn the services but not how to decide between them.
- -Coding agents are rolled out without training, so most developers use them as a faster autocomplete.
- -Nothing is built during the training, so nothing changes the week after.
- Hands-on, on your backlog. The exercises use your data, your account or a copy of it, and a real item from your backlog when possible.
- Taught by people who build. The trainers deliver projects on these topics; there are no slide-only trainers.
- Decisions, not just features. Each session covers when to use what, and what it costs, not only how to click.
- Something ships. Each training ends with a working piece the team keeps: a pipeline, an agent, a template or a workflow.
- 01
AWS cloud
The foundations for teams starting on AWS or moving from another cloud: accounts, identity and access, networking, security, cost, infrastructure as code.
- 02
Data on AWS
Lakehouse, open table formats, pipelines, warehouse and governance, with design exercises on your own use cases.
- 03
AI on AWS
Models on Amazon Bedrock, RAG, agents, evaluation and guardrails, from a first prototype to what it takes to put it in production.
- 04
AI developer lifecycle
Working with coding agents on real code: writing the intent and the specs, validating plans, reviewing and testing what the agent produces. AI-DLC is one of the methods we teach, among others.

Format
From a half-day workshop to several days, on site or remote, for a single team or as a programme across teams. The content is adapted to your stack and level before each session.
- -A 30-minute call on the team, its level and what it should be able to do after.
- -A programme proposal adapted to your stack, with the exercises on your own use cases.
- -The training, then a follow-up session a few weeks later on what the team has built.
